Just talk
Out loud or in your head, like you’d talk to a friend. “God, I don’t know if you’re there, but…” is a completely legitimate opening line.
Say what’s actually going on
The worry, the anger, the thing you can’t say to anyone else — God can take it. The prayers in the Bible are full of doubt and frustration; honest beats polished every time.
Don’t wait to feel something
Some people feel peace straight away; most don’t feel much at first — and that’s fine. Try it for a week, anywhere that suits you: on a walk, in the car, lying in bed. There are no rules about where or when.

We appreciate that it may be a little daunting coming to a website you've likely not been to before to ask strangers to pray for you to a God you might not even believe in. We get it. So here are some of the common questions that we get that you may find helpful:
One of our team here at CROWD will get your prayer request and begin to start praying for you. They will get in touch with you via the email address you give. This might be a one-off reply or it could be the beginning of a conversation (that is completely up to you).

The general rule, especially if you are new to faith, is to pray about anything. Just be aware that the answer might not be what you are always looking for, but it will ultimately be part of God’s plan for your life.
God loves it when we pray and communicate with Him. We can pray and ask for things and sometimes we will see an instant answer to that prayer. Sometimes the answer is a little bit slower. Sometimes prayers aren’t answered in the way that we would hope. But however our prayers are (or are not) answered, we can always trust in God.
